Position Summary:
Big Bend Insurance Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin/Marketing Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with various administrative tasks including managing client data, processing changes, and organizing office materials.
- Provide customer service support by answering phone calls, managing emails, and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives, such as creating digital content, managing social media, and executing outreach campaigns.
- Help maintain and organize company documents and spreadsheets.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and general financial management tasks.
- Support event planning and the coordination of client and community engagement efforts.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and other documentation to support team operations.
- Participate in efforts to retain clients through outreach and communication strategies.
- Work with leadership to develop and implement training programs and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with QQ Catalyst is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing is a bonus but not required.
